Meet the Team

Claire Waldeck

Claire holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, as a notary in 2005 and is a Fellow of Intellectual Property Institute of South Africa.

Her approach to law is practical and she has the ability to make clients feel as they are getting the best possible advice without feeling intimidated by the process.

She specialises in Intellectual Property Law and all aspects of Commercial Law and has experience in Labour Law and Family Law.

Kim Gray

Kim joined the team as a Candidate Attorney in 2019 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2021.

She specializes in Trademark Law and Copyright Law and has experience in a wide range of other legal areas, including contract and policy drafting, family law, litigation, labour disputes, debt collection, property law, drafting of wills and trust registrations.

With a keen interest in IP Law, Kim is a qualified Trade Mark Practitioner and Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law.
