Claire Waldeck

Claire was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2001, as a notary in 2005 and is a Fellow of Intellectual Property Institute of South Africa.

Claire also has a Masters Degree in commercial law.

Claire’s approach to law is practical and she has the ability to make clients feel as they are getting the best possible advice without feeling intimidated by the process.

Claire specialises in Intellectual Property law and all aspects of Commercial Law and has experience in Labour Law and Family Law.

Candice Peck

Candice was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2019.

Candice has a Masters Degree in Maritime Law and is currently in the process of writing the Notarial Practice exam.

Candice specializes in all aspects of commercial litigation as well as deceased estates.

Nicole Smith 

Nicole is the newest member of our team, joining us towards the end of 2019.

Nicole was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2019.

Nicole specializes in commercial litigation and Family law and has experience in Labour Law.

Nicole is in the process of writing the Notarial Practice exam and wishes to expand her knowledge in the Intellectual Property Law field.
