About Claire
Claire is an experienced attorney and Notary and holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law. Claire is also a Fellow of The Intellectual Property Institute of South Africa.
Claire’s approach to law is practical and she has the ability to make clients feel as they are getting the best possible advice without feeling intimidated by the process.
Claire specialises in trade mark law, copyright law, commercial law, labour law and litigation.
Claire loves to travel to exotic destinations, enjoys reviewing restaurants and loves dogs.

About Kim
Kim joined Waldeck Attorneys in 2019 and has since developed a strong passion for Intellectual Property Law. As a Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law, she specialises in trade mark and copyright law, helping individuals and businesses protect their most valuable assets—their ideas, brands, and creative works.
Beyond IP, Kim has extensive experience in contract and policy drafting, litigation, family law, labour disputes, debt collection, wills, and trust registrations.
Outside of law, Kim enjoys painting and crafting, finding creativity both in her work and her downtime.

Andrea Popara joined Waldeck Attorneys in 2025 as a Candidate Attorney after having completed her BA Law degree and LLB at the Independent Institute of Education in 2025.
Andrea enjoys all aspects of media law and intellectual property law.
In her spare time Andrea enjoys taking adventurous journeys and pending time with friends and family.
